Unless we're provided with honest unbiased information, better known as The Facts, determining that RIGHT answer will be impossible.
Why are we even having to make this decision now?
On November 8th those living in Unincorporated South Fulton are being asked to vote on a referendum to incorporate Unincorporated South Fulton. This would create a new city. This is why we're having to decide.
There are those who wish to create a new city with all that it entails.
There are others who would rather remain the way they are, Unincorporated.
And then there are some, who for whatever reason, do not wish to be a part of the new city and are choosing to Annex into a bordering City to avoid being in the new city if the vote in November is in favor of creating a new city.
Since the referendum was introduced in 2014 there have been lots of activity and news media focused on the creation of the new city and as a result, similar attention on the annexations to avoid being in the new city. There has been little to no attention given to the other option, remaining unincorporated. In fact we've been given lots of MISinformation regarding remaining unincorporated.

* City governments and their leaders are grabbing land through annexation.....
* Atlanta Public Schools (APS) wants to take over Fulton County schools in South Fulton.......
